Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Outdoor Salesman) to expand our client base and drive sales growth in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients in person, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities

• Visit potential clients and build strong customer relationships

• Present and promote company products/services

• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue growth

• Follow up on leads and maintain client database

• Prepare sales reports and market feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience

• Valid GCC Driving License

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits:

• BD 250–300 + Commission

• Performance-based incentives
