Catering Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations for an industrial catering company in Muscat. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen and service staff, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and maintain smooth operations in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day catering and food service operations

  • Manage kitchen and service staff, including scheduling and task allocation

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

  • Monitor food production, portion control, and wastage

  • Coordinate with management and clients to meet service requirements

  • Maintain inventory and oversee stock control

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in relevant field

  • Minimum 5+ years of GCC experience

  • Experience in industrial catering company is mandatory

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Good communication and organizational abilities

Salary:
OMR 300–350
